Are you feeling too stressed too often? You know stress bad for you but you don’t see how you can get over the overwhelm? Stress is a problem for a lot of us professionals. We have to deal with work stress and life stress at the same time. Somehow we need to make money at our jobs, maintain our relationships, and keep ourselves healthy with the little free time that we have. It’s exhausting. But, this stress and overwhelm is exactly why we need to use mindfulness for stress on a daily basis.
You may have heard that you can use mindfulness for stress relief. It’s a great way to reduce stress naturally. I know I’ve used different mindfulness techniques when I feel overwhelmed and stressed out. When it came to having a consistent mindfulness practice, I couldn’t make it a daily priority. You may be thinking the same. Who has time to meditate and slow life down when there’s so many things to do? Some mornings I would wake up and do a breathing exercise or a guided meditation track but other days I’m just trying to get to work on time. But, when I became consistent, I noticed a huge difference in my stress levels.
Imagine that you could get mindfulness to become a daily habit. Think about how less stressed you could be, how much happier your days can become.

Since I knew that I needed to get better about making mindfulness a habit, I took it as a sign when I heard about the Yoga Mindfulness 5 week course. It’s for people like you and me who are stressed and need a quick and simple way to add mindfulness to our lives. Since taking the course, my stress levels have dropped dramatically. A meditation session here and there can’t compete with using mindfulness on a daily basis. It’s been months since I’ve finished the course and I’m still using mindfulness daily to reduce stress naturally.
What’s In The Course?
The Yoga Mindfulness course is 5 weeks long and each week you get to learn a new mindfulness technique that you layer on top of the previous technique. They are quick and short techniques so I didn’t have any excuse not to add them into my schedule. I also loved that I was introduced to new mindfulness exercises that I would’ve never thought of trying. This way you can pick which techniques you want to keep long term and leave what you don’t.
The reason why this course makes your mindfulness techniques stick is because each week you review what went right and what didn’t go as well. The way she has you review each week helps you make mindfulness a habit. You get to weave it into how you life your life and your daily schedule.
Who Made The Course?
Nicole from Beautiful Soul Nicole was just like you and me. She wasn’t born a yogi mindfulness pro. She worked in a corporate job before becoming a yoga teacher and understands the daily stress that we go through. And, she spent years learning these techniques.
Since she knows that you don’t have time to do a 60 minute meditation every morning, she made this course convenient for people who want to reduce their stress but need the solution to fit into your hectic schedule.
My Favorite Part
The Voice Mindfulness section was where things started to become new to me. I’ve never done anything like what she recommended in this section. I’m a skeptic at heart so I questioned her recommendation to do a chant. (I’ll just blame my New York upbringing on the skepticism) But if I’m going to do a course, I’m going to do it right. So, alone in my kitchen at 6 am, I chanted (secretly hoping that I don’t scare the crap out of my boyfriend who’s sleeping in the other room).
This amazing thing happened when I finished. A calming feeling completely washed over me. This was the week that really hooked me into getting my mindfulness practice in every day. Couldn’t wait to do my chanting each morning.
Nicole is the real deal and listening to her recommendations helped me stay mentally strong while I juggle mental wellness with the stress of work and life.

Although I’m all about saving money, I also believe in spending money where it counts. Where you will get back more than you put in. My stress levels have dropped dramatically since taking this program and I’m finally sticking to a daily mindfulness practice. This course puts the right mindfulness habits in place (aka I actually have habits now) and introduced me to new ways to incorporate mindfulness into my day. I get bored easily so I love that I have a bunch of new mindfulness tools to use.
If you’re struggling with your stress levels you should take this course. Save yourself the time and struggle of trying to make it stick on your own.
If you have any questions about my experience with the course let me know.
